Know what would interest me? What JoMo and the others really think about TO. I have the feeling that most of them regret having signed up. And who could blame them? Almost all of them are quite talented and have, with the right projects and luck, good chances for a good career. But nope, instead their stuck with a show, with bad writing, ridiculous plots, incredibly flat characters or completely OOC characters, that is getting worse every episode and might, if they have really bad luck, ruin their reputation.
The only one that really gains something from the show is PT, because she basically got the lead role handed to her on a silver plate and has seemingly the writers adoration (for some weird, incomprehensible reason).
To be honest, I think they expected more of the show. I’ve read some posts saying that either him or Daniel (I don’t remember which of the two and neither saw the interview) said it would be like GoT. I think they didn’t even read the script before accepting (judging by their plots on TVD maybe?). And yeah, they will ruin their reputation in the acting business if they don’t quit it soon like Claire did. Both JoMo and Gillies are amazing actors, and I think there are more projects around that would want them and that are better than TO.
PT is a bad actress, yes. But I don’t think she’s that bad. I mean, I’ve seen her as Faye on The Secret Circle and she was amazing (if we see it on a bad acting view, since almost all of the actors there were bad). I think she can play certain roles, like bitchy characters as secondary roles. But NO, they HAD to give her the LEAD role and make her character (I quite liked her in TVD, she had potential) give a 360º turn from backstabbing bitch to virgin mary.
The writing sucks, the producers does too (Julie Plec FFS), the lead actress does a shitty job. I really can’t understand why most of the people didn’t quit yet.
